Business & Finance Overview
The Business & Finance Department manages and accounts for the outlay of resources entrusted to the School District. We promote the accurate accounting of and the reporting to external organizations as well as guide informed decision making through that accuracy of financial reporting.
Since schools are public agencies, their raising and spending of money must be reviewed and audited on a yearly basis–and on an as-needed basis, as determined by the governing body. Internal reviews and audits on a continuous basis to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
