Welcome to the location for Alamogordo Public Schools Registration guidance.

This self-guided process is available for grades PreK-12 each year for all schools. This Registration process is designed to ensure Alamogordo Public Schools has the most current information about your child(ren).

Please note that all required fields, marked with an *, must be completed to advance and complete the process.

Need Assistance?

Please contact the school where you are enrolling your student if you are in need of assistance in scanning documents, completing your online application, or have additional questions.
Please note, enrollment assistance occurs in the schools, not at the district offices.

Records Request

  • If you are brand new and registering for the first time, first of all, Welcome! We are so glad you are here! Second, if you need us to submit a request for records to your child’s previous school, please use the following form.

    You can email it to Central Registration and we will take care of it or upload it to your child’s electronic registration:

  • If you’re a K-8 -school requesting records for a prior APS student, please email Central Registration, and attach the official request and the email you would like the information sent to.
