Our student outreach Coat Giveaway was a huge success! APS gave away over 80 coats to our students, and we continue to receive phone calls from parents who are in need of coats and we are dropping the coats off at their home. We have developed a great partnership with the Knights of Columbus Council-15977, who donated several new coats and were on hand to assist the day of the event. Alamogordo Public Schools wants to also thank the following partners for their generous coat donations: Chili's Restaurant, Thrive NM, St Francis Cabrini Thrift Store, and King's Treasure Thrift Store.
