2022 Camp Session Information
What will students do at the AFA CyberCamp?
Throughout the camp, students will learn how to protect their personal devices and information from outside threats, as well as how to harden entire networks running on Windows and Ubuntu operating systems. The camp will culminate in an exciting final team competition that simulates real cybersecurity situations faced by industry professionals and mimics AFA CyberPatriot Competitions.
Who can attend?
Any Otero County middle or high school (private or public) student who is interested in learning about Cyber Security. No fee to attend camp. Space is limited.
Where will camp be held?
Alamogordo High School Vo-Tech Building
When will it take place?
Standard Camp will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from June 13th thru 17th
Advanced Camp will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from June 20th thru 24th
