The recent weather has caused power surges in several buildings, leading to some panels and parts that need to be replaced.
Tomorrow (Wednesday), Zuni Electric will be turning off the power to the Administration Building A (1211 Hawaii) and to Stepping Stones Pre-K to complete repairs. The electricity will be off for these two buildings only.
However, district phone, email and network access will likely stop after students leave campus for early release tomorrow. We apologize for the late notice but the extent of the issue and the need to power down for the solution have become apparent only this afternoon.
Please help us share the word and understand that communication from teachers and/or other school officials may be delayed.
